DOC Video Visits
DOC video visits use Microsoft Teams on a device with video and audio. The research states that video visits are free of charge, require a valid email address, and are not scheduled until a confirmation is received from the facility. Visitors should check junk mail and enter the visit at least 15 minutes early for screening and verification.
Video visits are still governed by visitor-list rules. A visitor must be on the approved list or complete the application process. Up to three authorized adult visitors can be listed on the visit request form. A minor may participate with a parent or guardian if the minor is not a victim and not subject to an active protective order with the inmate.

Inmate Money And Accounts
